Responsibilities:
- Collecting quantitative product data and metrics through market research
- Synthesizing customer research to achieve the product vision
- Collaborate closely with sales team, designers, engineers, analysts, QA and other cross functional team members within the organization to do the following: Gathering and documenting all the business and product requirements, define the product acceptance testing criteria, work towards the product development lifecycle etc. to ensure timely delivery
- Drive and implement the product changes, develop new product features
- Think as an end user and translate complicated product ideas into simple wireframes and flows to deliver world class user experience
- Understand the software development lifecycle and the limitations & dependencies that come with it
- Good understanding of databases and data structure
- Basic excel skills for data analysis
