Director - Marketing

Content & Thought Leadership :

- Drive a content engine that produces high-quality blogs, whitepapers, webinars, videos, case studies, and executive decks.

- Elevate HiLabs' voice in the healthcare and AI ecosystem through analyst relations, media outreach, and speaking opportunities.

- Partner with product and leadership teams to translate complex AI/data innovations into compelling business value stories.

Go-to-Market, Inbound & Outbound Initiatives :

- Architect and execute end-to-end GTM strategies for product launches, partnerships, and new market entry.

- Lead inbound marketing initiatives-SEO, thought leadership, content marketing, digital campaigns-to build brand visibility and generate leads.

- Drive outbound marketing initiatives-ABM programs, targeted campaigns, field marketing, events, and outbound demand gen to engage enterprise buyers.

- Build scalable processes for pipeline generation and marketing attribution, ensuring tight alignment with sales.

Performance Marketing, Website & Analytics :

- Lead a metrics-driven marketing culture, with ownership of MQL, SQL, pipeline influence, and ROI.

- Oversee digital marketing strategies including SEO/SEM, paid social, retargeting, and account-based campaigns.

- Maintain and continuously optimize the HiLabs website as a key demand-generation and brand asset-ensuring content accuracy, performance tracking, SEO alignment, and user experience improvements.

- Leverage tools like Hubspot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO platforms to optimize performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Team Leadership :

- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team across brand, content, digital, performance, and product marketing.

- Collaborate closely with sales, product, design, employer branding, and leadership teams to ensure marketing strategies directly support business growth.

- Act as the bridge between marketing and revenue functions, ensuring alignment on ICPs, messaging, campaigns, and pipeline priorities.

- Establish best practices in marketing operations, campaign planning, automation, and analytics.

Requirements:

- 12-15 years of progressive experience in B2B SaaS marketing with proven leadership in global markets.

- Demonstrated success in scaling marketing functions and driving both inbound and outbound marketing initiatives.

- Strong expertise across branding, demand generation, digital marketing, and content development.

- Proven track record of building pipeline and revenue impact through cross-functional collaboration and data-driven marketing.

- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills tailored to executive-level audiences.

- Proficiency in leading marketing automation tools (Hubspot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO/SEM tools, Google Analytics)
