HiLabs - Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

- Bridge the gap between business goals and customer problems

- Collecting quantitative product data and metrics through market research

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into detailed requirements.

- Conduct market research and data analysis to identify business opportunities and trends.

- Document and analyze business workflows, processes, and pain points to propose improvements

- Collaborate closely with sales team, designers, engineers, analysts, QA and other cross functional team members within the organization to do the following: Gathering and documenting all the business and product requirements, define the product acceptance testing criteria, work towards the product development lifecycle etc. to ensure timely delivery

- Drive and implement the product changes, develop new product features Think as an end user and translate complicated product ideas into simple wireframes and flows to deliver world class user experience

- Understand the software development lifecycle and the limitations & dependencies that come with it

- Good understanding of databases and data structure

- Basic excel skills for data analysis

Desired Profile:

- Have 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or consulting in a technology-driven environment

- Ability to provide clear direction, set measurable goals and give insights on industry trends

- Act as a bridge between business teams, developers, and product managers to ensure smooth project execution.

- Create detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, and User Stories

- Being numbers driven and being clear/aware about why things are being done

- Ability to dive in and tackle any tasks needed to guarantee success

- Ability to clearly articulate the solutions and get there in most efficient way

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, collaborative attitude, and strong teamwork skills

- Ability to identify and define problems clearly.

- Think laterally to generate creative ideas to solve complex problems
