Job Description
The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business needs, defining business processes, and gathering business requirements.
This role also involves communicating findings, facilitating meetings, and improving business practices to ensure efficient operations and strategic objectives are met.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Analysis with a proven track record of delivering value in digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and process flows.
- Expertise in documenting and defining business processes, use cases, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Professional certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMP (Project Management Professional) are a strong plus.
- Experience working with enterprise technology ecosystems, SaaS platforms, and agile methodologies is highly desirable.
- Exposure to user experience (UX) principles and a human-centered approach to digital solution design is an added advantage
