We are specifically looking for someone who have prior experience with Online Distcance learning program courses.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Drive profitable revenue growth and ensure achievement of branch sales targets.
- Monitor daily performance reports of the sales team and take corrective actions when needed.
- Lead and manage a team of 1520 sales professionals, ensuring high productivity and morale.
- Track market developments, competitor trends, and align strategies with the companys vision.
- Retain high-performing team members and build future leaders through mentoring and development.
- Handle escalations effectively, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate proven success in sales and the ability to motivate and guide teams.
- Negotiate confidently with prospects and close high-value deals.
- Communicate clearly and professionally across written, verbal, email, and presentation formats.
- Apply strong organizational and time management skills to manage daily operations efficiently.
- Solve problems independently and collaboratively, bringing creative ideas and solutions to the table.
Qualification:
- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in EdTech sales, business development, or branch operations.
- Proven experience in managing sales teams and achieving revenue goals.
