Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Culture
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open, honest, and proactive communication culture.
- Set clear team goals that align with organizational objectives and communicate the "why" behind those goals effectively.
- Discover training needs and provide tailored coaching and support to foster individual growth and continuous skill improvement.
- Listen to team members feedback and proactively resolve any issues or conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
- Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments publicly and consistently to boost morale and retention.
- Encourage creativity and smart risk-taking to foster innovation in meeting team objectives.
- Suggest and organize team-building activities that incorporate both fun and focus on individual and collective target achievement.
Operational Oversight & Performance
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to best practices and policies.
- Delegate tasks and set clear, achievable deadlines for team members, ensuring proper resource allocation.
- Monitor team performance and report on key metrics (KPIs) to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and inform strategic decisions.
- Manage team schedules, workload distribution, and resource allocation to maximize productivity.
Strategy & Reporting
- Build comprehensive strategies to ensure enrollment/sales targets are met or exceeded, utilizing data and market insights.
- Share projection and performance reports with senior management regularly, providing strategic insights and forecasting based on current team performance.
- Continuously seek opportunities to optimize processes and drive efficiency across the teams function.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of proven experience in a Team Leader, Team Manager, or Supervisory role,
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire large or small teams to achieve stretch goals.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to set clear priorities and deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in monitoring team metrics, analyzing performance data, and creating insightful reports.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, adept at conflict resolution and giving constructive feedback.
- Proficiency with relevant software (e.g., CRM systems like Salesforce, performance tracking tools).
