HighRadius has been adjudged to Houston's 50 fastest growing technology companies four years in a row.   Additional details can be found at www.highradius.com   JOB DESCRIPTION   Department: Sales & Marketing   Location: Hyderabad   Solution Principal is a highly visible sales enablement role, who works directly with the CEO and is responsible for developing the customer engagement methodology, tools, and processes, to establish and maintain a value basis for HighRadius software solutions. Solution Principal's primary responsibility is to move deals through the sales pipeline across the various sales stages.   Primary Responsibilities   - Product demonstration to Finance department of Fortune 1000 companies (CXO, VP, Director Level audience)   - Develop detailed Cost Benefit ROI model   - Requirement elicitation and Customer qualification via a systematic analysis of customer business   - Strategize and develop a plan to take on the competition and take deals to successful closure  Role Requirements   - Entrepreneurial spirit   - Self-motivator   - Hands-on working experience with ERP software's and/or cloud computing knowledge is an advantage.   - MBA and undergrad from reputed institutions  - Experience in working with North American or European customers in a consultative role would be preferred   - Minimum 4 - 8 years of prior Sales /Business Development experience   - Prior Accounts Receivable knowledge would be an added advantage   Skills   - Possesses excellent communication and presentation skills   - Comfortable interacting with CXO level employees of Fortune 1000 companies   - Excellent at team work and ability to work in a distributed delivery environment   - Possesses and demonstrates high integrity and credibility as perceived by all those with whom they will work   - Strong intellect coupled with proficient commercial instincts   - Familiarity with enterprise software technology and platforms   - Highly organized and self- driven individual
