Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our Solution Engineering team as Associate Director / Director - Solution Engineering. In this role, you will spearhead solution strategies, drive client engagement at the highest levels, and lead a team of talented solution engineers to deliver exceptional business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead and mentor the Solution Engineering team to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement coaching frameworks for Value Selling, Solution Mapping, Account-based Prospecting, and Negotiations.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Client Engagement & Strategy:
- Build and strengthen CXO-level relationships across existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client pain points and business objectives to craft tailored solutions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, translating business needs into technology-driven outcomes.
Sales & Pipeline Support:
- Drive sales pipeline reviews, deal qualification, and forecasting accuracy.
- Partner with Sales Leadership to develop go-to-market strategies and solution roadmaps.
- Ensure timely and effective delivery of demos, proof of concepts, and presentations.
Operational Excellence:
- Define success metrics for the Solution Engineering function and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee documentation, processes, and enablement to ensure scalable growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
What We're Looking For:
- 10+ years of experience in Solution Engineering, Presales, or Digital Transformation.
- Proven success in leading high-performing solution engineering or presales teams.
- Strong track record in CXO-level engagement and relationship building.
- Expertise in value-based selling, solution mapping, forecasting, and account-based prospecting.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SaaS, enterprise software, or AI-driven technology solutions.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Business, Technology, or related fields.
- Exposure to global markets and enterprise-level deal cycles.
