
Staff Product Manager - AI (Growth)
Role Overview:
- We are seeking a Staff Product Manager - AI (Growth) to drive adoption, engagement, and revenue across HighLevel's AI product suite. This role is responsible for ensuring AI products are discoverable, valuable, sticky, and monetizable across millions of businesses.
- You will focus on user-facing AI experiences, activation loops, pricing and packaging, GTM strategy, and growth experimentation to maximize business impact from AI.
Key Responsibilities:
AI Growth Strategy & Vision:
- Define the AI growth strategy aligned with HighLevel's revenue, retention, and expansion goals.
- Identify where AI can most meaningfully move core business metrics across segments and verticals.
- Translate AI capabilities into clear user value propositions.
Adoption, Activation & Monetization:
- Own AI adoption funnels: discovery - activation - depth - retention - expansion.
- Design onboarding, prompts, defaults, and in-product education to drive AI usage.
- Partner with pricing and GTM teams on AI packaging, trials, and monetization strategies.
- Optimize conversion to paid AI offerings and expansion across accounts.
Experimentation & Analytics:
- Define and track AI growth metrics including activation rates, WAU/MAU, retention, depth of usage, and revenue contribution.
- Run experiments across UX, pricing, messaging, and feature access.
- Use data and qualitative insights to continuously refine growth strategy.
Product Launch & GTM:
- Lead AI product launches with strong positioning and storytelling.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, support, and customer success to drive adoption.
- Translate complex AI capabilities into simple, outcome-focused narratives for users.
Market & Competitive Intelligence:
- Stay deeply informed on AI product trends, competitors, and emerging use cases.
- Identify gaps and opportunities to differentiate HighLevel's AI experiences.
- Feed market insights back into product and platform strategy.
Success Metrics:
- AI product adoption and engagement across the customer base
- Revenue and expansion driven by AI products
- Retention and stickiness of AI-enabled accounts
- Effectiveness of AI onboarding and activation
- Speed and impact of AI growth experiments
Stakeholder Communication:
- Regularly communicate product strategy, decisions, milestones, and insights to stakeholders and executives.
- Provide guidance to teams working across functions and divisions, ensuring organizational alignment.
- Be the subject matter expert on AI use cases, product development, and market fit across the org.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of product management experience, ideally in growth or monetization roles.
- Proven track record of scaling SaaS products through adoption and revenue.
- Highly data-driven with experience running experiments and funnels.
- Deep familiarity with AI technologies such as LLMs, NLP, ML models, agent builders, and chat/voice bots.
- Understanding of how AI integrates into SaaS environments and how SaaS ecosystems work.
- Strong track record in leading cross-functional teams in agile environments.
- Excellent product sense, GTM collaboration skills, and communication capabilities.
