Role Overview:

The Head of Supply Chain Management is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing and optimizing the entire supply chain operations of HIGH SPIRIT COMMERCIAL VENTURES PVT. LTD. Based in Navi Mumbai, Mumbai, this role involves strategic planning, demand forecasting, procurement, inventory management, and logistics to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of products to meet market demands. The incumbent will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, production, and finance teams to align supply chain strategies with overall business objectives, driving profitability and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels for HIGH SPIRIT COMMERCIAL VENTURES PVT. LTD.

- Lead demand planning processes, collaborating with sales and marketing to accurately forecast product demand and ensure adequate supply to meet market needs.

- Oversee strategic sourcing and procurement activities, negotiating favorable terms with suppliers and ensuring the timely availability of raw materials and packaging materials.

- Manage inventory levels across the supply chain, implementing strategies to minimize obsolescence and optimize working capital for HIGH SPIRIT COMMERCIAL VENTURES PVT. LTD.

- Direct logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution, ensuring efficient and cost-effective delivery of products to customers.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to improve supply chain performance and achieve business objectives for HIGH SPIRIT COMMERCIAL VENTURES PVT. LTD.

- Build and lead a high-performing supply chain team, providing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities to enhance their skills and capabilities.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to supply chain operations within the beverage alcohol industry.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing supply chain strategies that drive efficiency and reduce costs.

- Proven ability to accurately forecast demand and manage inventory levels to meet market needs.

- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills to effectively manage suppliers and secure favorable terms.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve supply chain challenges.

- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to effectively lead and motivate a team.

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

- Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with a focus on demand planning, strategic sourcing, inventory management, and procurement.
