Hidesign India Pvt Ltd, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of HR to lead our Human Resources function.

Location: Pondicherry, India

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals.

- Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain top talent at all levels.

- Design and manage employee development programs to support career growth.

- Champion a positive, inclusive, and engaging organizational culture.

- Oversee performance management systems and employee recognition frameworks.

- Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws and HR best practices.

- Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning, succession, and organisational development.

- Leverage HR data and analytics to inform strategic decisions.

- Mentor and lead the HR & Payroll team.

Hiring Profile:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles in retail industry.

- Strong grasp of HR laws and practices in India.

- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to HR.

- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

Salary: Upto Rs. 22 LPA
