Job Title: Manager / Senior Manager Procurement

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Bangalore (Koramangala)

Experience Required: Minimum 8+ years of experience in procurement within real estate, interiors, or construction services and supplies.

Educational Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or IT preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead vendor empanelment, evaluation, and management across multiple regions, ensuring a robust vendor ecosystem.

- Evaluate commercial bids and prepare comparative statements to support strategic purchasing decisions.

- Ensure timely procurement of long-lead and critical materials, with a strong focus on quality, cost efficiency, and project timelines.

- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations to maintain uninterrupted material flow for smooth project execution.

- Negotiate and enforce favorable terms and conditions in purchase agreements, ensuring risk mitigation and compliance.

- Approve and monitor Purchase Orders (POs) for accuracy, compliance, and alignment with project requirements.

- Coordinate logistics to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials to project sites.

- Validate vendor invoices in coordination with the accounts team for accurate and timely processing.

- Authorize advance and cash payments in accordance with company policy.

- Ensure submission of warranty certificates by vendors for seamless project handover.

- Develop and monitor material and project schedules to avoid delays and cost overruns.

- Champion procurement best practices in line with the organizations quality and process standards.
