Hidecor - Design Director

We are seeking a visionary Design Director to lead our creative studio, specializing in Corporate/Workplace and Healthcare Interior projects. If you have an excellent design brain, thrive on innovation, and are passionate about crafting transformative spaces - we'd love to hear from you.

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 10 to 15 years

Qualification: Degree in Interior Design or Architecture

Preferred Age: Under 40 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Spearhead the creative vision across high-impact design projects

- Lead the concept-to-delivery journey while ensuring design originality and functional excellence

- Mentor and guide the design team to elevate quality, creativity, and execution

- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and cross-functional stakeholders seamlessly

- Ensure every project reflects the brand's design philosophy and innovation

- Keep up with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies in interiors

Who You Are:

- A design leader with an excellent design brain and deep creative instincts

- 10-15 years of experience in corporate and healthcare interiors

- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work

- Excellent communicator with the ability to present, pitch, and lead with clarity

- Proven ability to inspire, mentor, and lead high-performing design teams

- Meticulous, organized, and passionate about quality and innovation
