About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact projects and strategic programs across cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in project governance, stakeholder management, delivery leadership, risk management, and large-scale program execution.

This role requires ownership of multiple projects/programs, client management, delivery excellence, and alignment of business objectives with execution strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Project & Program Leadership:

- Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex projects from initiation to closure.

- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics.

- Manage multiple concurrent projects/programs and ensure alignment with business priorities.

- Drive project governance, delivery standards, and execution frameworks.

Strategic Planning & Execution:

- Develop project roadmaps, execution strategies, and milestone plans.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with quality standards.

- Identify dependencies, bottlenecks, and resource constraints proactively.

Stakeholder & Client Management:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior leadership, clients, and external stakeholders.

- Lead project governance meetings, steering committee reviews, and executive updates.

- Manage stakeholder expectations, escalations, and communication plans.

Team Leadership & Resource Management:

- Lead cross-functional teams including:

Engineering

Product

QA

Design

Operations

Business teams

- Drive team alignment, accountability, and delivery ownership.

- Manage project resource planning, capacity, and utilization.

Risk, Issue & Change Management:

- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.

- Maintain RAID logs and governance processes.

- Manage scope changes, change requests, and escalation management.

Financial & Budget Management:

- Manage project budgets, forecasting, and financial tracking.

- Ensure cost control, budget adherence, and efficient resource allocation.

Process Excellence & Delivery Governance:

- Establish project management best practices, templates, and governance frameworks.

- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and operational efficiency.

- Ensure compliance with internal standards, SLAs, and quality processes
