Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong exposure to the Airline/Aviation domain and hands-on experience using ServiceNow (SNOW) for managing requests, incidents, and task workflows. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading customer-facing projects, managing stakeholders, and delivering complex initiatives in dynamic environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Delivery:
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, resource plans, and budgets.
- Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
ServiceNow & Operational Coordination:
- Use ServiceNow (SNOW) for raising, tracking, and managing requests, incidents, changes, and tasks.
- Monitor SLAs, follow up on action items, and ensure timely resolution of issues through SNOW.
- Maintain accurate documentation and status updates within ServiceNow.
Stakeholder & Client Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers and key stakeholders.
- Manage expectations through regular status updates, reports, and governance meetings.
- Escalate risks, issues, and dependencies to leadership as required.
Risk, Change & Governance:
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and cost using structured change management processes.
- Ensure compliance with organizational project governance and quality standards.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Track project performance against defined KPIs and milestones.
- Analyze progress to ensure successful completion of short-term and long-term objectives.
- Prepare and present project reports, dashboards, and documentation to senior management.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, motivate, and guide cross-functional project teams.
- Foster collaboration, accountability, and a results-driven culture.
- Support team members in achieving project goals and resolving challenges.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- 12-14 years of overall experience in Project Management.
- Mandatory experience in the Airline / Aviation domain.
- Strong hands-on experience using ServiceNow (SNOW) for:
- Request management
- Incident tracking
- Task follow-ups and coordination
- Proven experience in customer-facing delivery roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall / Agile / Hybrid).
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, vendors, and priorities effectively.
Preferred Experience:
- Background in aviation, IT solutions, telecommunications, or large enterprise environments.
- Experience working in regulated, SLA-driven operational environments.
- Exposure to global or multi-location project delivery.
