Key Responsibilities :
- Project Oversight : Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Stakeholder Communication : Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, facilitating clear communication regarding project objectives, timelines, and progress.
- Risk Management : Implement risk management strategies to identify potential project pitfalls and develop mitigation plans.
- Resource Allocation : Manage resource allocation across projects, assigning tasks based on team members' skills and project requirements.
- Process Improvement : Advocate for and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality within the technical delivery team.
- Post-Project Reviews : Conduct reviews to assess project outcomes, identify lessons learned, and integrate improvements into future projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Educational Background : Typically holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or Project Management. Advanced degrees can enhance qualifications.
