We are seeking a senior delivery leader to oversee end-to-end program execution for clients across the Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, and Healthcare domains. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and sustainable account growth. You will drive large-scale delivery programs, manage financial performance, and lead high-performing teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery & Operational Excellence

- Own delivery performance, customer satisfaction, and P&L accountability for large and complex engagements.

- Lead cross-functional delivery teams, ensuring robust PMO governance, risk management, and execution discipline.

- Implement delivery best practices, enforce compliance standards, and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Client Management & Business Growth

- Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive engagement and value delivery.

- Support business development efforts, contributing to proposal creation, solutioning, and account expansion strategies.

- Partner with clients to identify growth opportunities, transformation roadmaps, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Process Improvement & Transformation

- Drive process optimization, quality initiatives, and digital adoption across programs to enhance operational performance.

- Champion innovation and implement technology-led improvements to improve efficiency, compliance, and customer experience.

- Monitor delivery metrics and implement corrective actions to ensure predictable and consistent outcomes.

People Leadership & Governance

- Oversee resource management, workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning.

- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture, ensuring team motivation, retention, and capability building.

- Manage vendor relationships, strategic partners, and third-party service providers to ensure seamless delivery.

What Were Looking For

Experience & Background

- Minimum 20 years of experience in IT services with substantial experience in delivery management, operations, or program leadership within Life Sciences, Pharma, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, or Healthcare.

- Demonstrated experience managing P&L, multi-year transformation programs, and large cross-functional delivery portfolios.

- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks such as GxP, FDA, HIPAA, CFR Part 11, and other relevant industry standards.

Skills & Competencies

- Proven leadership in managing large delivery teams and multi-location operations.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and executive engagement skills.

- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance delivery excellence and financial performance.

- Ability to drive change, lead complex programs, and influence across matrixed environments.
