The Role:

As a Senior Product Manager, you will own and drive key parts of Hexalog's next-generation logistics operating system that powers cross-border commerce. You will work across complex operational workflows, AI-powered automation, and platform capabilities to transform fragmented logistics processes into intelligent, scalable systems that drive real business outcomes. This role sits at the intersection of Product Strategy, AI-Powered Systems, and Platform Workflow Design.

What You'll Build:

- Workflow and operations platforms that orchestrate logistics processes across teams and systems.

- Control tower and visibility solutions that provide real-time operational intelligence.

- Supply, pricing, and decision-support systems that improve predictability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own product problems end-to-end, from discovery and problem definition through execution and adoption.

- Partner closely with engineering, design, operations, and business teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

- Translate complex logistics workflows into scalable product architecture and user experiences.

- Define product strategy, prioritize roadmaps, and balance business impact with technical feasibility.

- Drive clarity in ambiguous environments by leveraging data, customer insights, and structured thinking.

- Make thoughtful trade-offs between speed, scalability, and long-term platform investments.

- Measure product success, gather feedback, and continuously improve user adoption and business outcomes.

What You'll Bring:

- 3-6 years of experience in product management, preferably within technology-driven organizations.

- Strong experience building workflow-heavy, operations-focused, or data-intensive products.

- Proven ability to break down complex systems into clear product requirements and scalable solutions.

- Experience working closely with engineering teams to deliver products from concept to launch.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and structured thinking capabilities.

- Ability to balance strategic vision with execution details in fast-moving environments.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams.

- Comfort operating in ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete information.

- A deep sense of ownership with a focus on delivering measurable business impact.

- Passion for building products that solve real-world operational challenges at scale.

Good to Have:

- Experience in logistics, supply chain, fintech, SaaS, or other platform-based businesses.

- Exposure to AI/ML products, intelligent automation, or data-driven decision systems.

- Familiarity with analytics platforms, workflow automation tools, and internal operational systems.

- Understanding of APIs, integrations, and system design concepts.

- Experience building products for internal operations teams or enterprise users.

- Knowledge of platform product thinking and scalable product architecture.

Qualifications:

- B.Tech from IITs plus MBA from Tier 1 Campus.
