Role Overview:
As a Product Manager - Supply, you will own the supply side of Hexalog's logistics operating system - carrier and capacity availability, freight pricing intelligence, and the decision-support systems that determine how supply is sourced, priced, and allocated across the platform.
You will work closely with engineering, operations, and business teams to turn fragmented, manual supply workflows in Air & Sea Freight into intelligent, scalable product capabilities.
This role sits at the intersection of:

Key Responsibilities:-
- Own the supply and pricing product roadmap for Air & Sea Freight operations end to end
- Define product strategy for carrier capacity, rate management, and supply allocation systems
- Translate complex freight pricing and capacity workflows into scalable product requirements and architecture
- Partner closely with engineering, design, operations, and business teams to deliver high impact solutions
- Write PRDs, user stories, and process flows; collaborate with engineering on sprint planning and backlog grooming
- Drive clarity in ambiguous environments using data, market insight, and structured thinking
- Measure product success, gather feedback, and continuously improve adoption and business outcomes
Required Skillset:
- B.Tech/BE from IIT's + MBA is an added advantage
- Prior Product Manager experience
- Exposure to TMS, freight rate platforms, or supply chain automation tools
- Exposure to AI/ML products, intelligent automation, or data-driven decision systems
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum
