The Role

As an AI Product Manager, you will work directly with CPTO to bridge the gap between technical AI capabilities and logistics ROI.

You will translate complex, manual supply chain workflows into structured, agent-executable systems and drive the development of high-impact AI products from concept to production.

This role goes beyond execution - you will define AI product strategy, design agentic workflows, establish evaluation frameworks, and lead the transition of AI systems from experimental prototypes to mission-critical production deployments.

This role sits at the intersection of: AI Product Management - Workflow Intelligence - Agentic Systems - Program Execution.

What You'll Build

- AI product roadmaps focused on high-ROI automation and agentic workflows

- Agentic task graphs translating real-world logistics workflows into AI-executable steps

- AI evaluation frameworks defining performance, accuracy, and risk thresholds

- Simulation environments for testing AI systems across real-world and edge-case scenarios

- Structured product documentation including PRDs, workflows, and system definitions

- Cross-functional execution frameworks aligning AI, engineering, and operations teams

- Scalable systems that transition AI prototypes into production-grade solutions

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with the CPTO to define the AI product strategy and roadmap

- Identify high-impact, high-ROI use cases for automation and agentic workflows

- Deconstruct manual logistics processes into structured agentic task graphs

- Translate business workflows into clear, AI-executable system designs

- Define the Definition of Done for AI systems based on business risk and performance thresholds

- Establish and refine AI evaluation frameworks and performance metrics

- Design simulation strategies to test AI systems against real-world and edge-case scenarios

- Lead the transition of AI systems from prototype to production (0 - 1 execution)

- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure scalable and reliable system implementation

- Work closely with operations teams to validate workflows and ensure business alignment

- Track execution progress, dependencies, and delivery timelines

- Continuously improve AI systems through feedback, performance monitoring, and iteration

What You'll Bring

- 3 - 5 years of experience in Product Management, with at least 3+ years in AI/ML products

- Strong experience in workflow decomposition and structured problem solving

- Ability to translate complex business problems into scalable AI systems

- Experience defining AI product metrics such as autonomy, efficiency, and cost per task

- Strong understanding of product lifecycle, from 0 - 1 to scale

- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments

- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills

- Ability to work closely with engineering, AI, and operations teams

Qualification:

B.Tech from Tier 1 Engineering College + MBA is an added advantage
