
Role Overview :
- Lead the Outbound SDR function for Hevos North American expansion.
- Requires 7+ years in B2B Sales with 3+ years in SDR/BDR management.
- In-office role in Bangalore or Pune (Relocation assistance provided).
- Scaling a predictable, data-driven outbound engine in a B2B SaaS environment.
Core Responsibilities :
- Build and refine end-to-end outbound playbooks (email, phone, social) specifically for the US market.
- Manage a team of SDRs to hit monthly/quarterly SQL and pipeline generation targets.
- Conduct weekly 1:1s, call shadow sessions, and pitch practice to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with Marketing to define ICPs and with Sales to ensure high-quality lead handoffs.
- Track and optimise key metrics including activity volume, connect rates, and meeting show-rates.
- Oversee the SDR tech stack (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach/Salesloft) to drive efficiency.
Experience & Requirements :
- 7+ years in professional Sales/Business Development roles.
- 3+ years successfully managing SDR or BDR teams.
- Proven track record in a B2B SaaS setup, ideally within the Data or Tech space.
- Deep understanding of US buyer personas, cultural nuances, and communication styles.
- Direct experience in building "cold" outbound strategies from the ground up.
- Exceptional verbal and written English skills for executive-level outreach.
