This position is a stepping stone towards that aspiration or a leadership role at Hevo or another growth-stage company. A. Job Responsibilities: I) Improve the Effectiveness in Execution across the Organization: 1. Build a thorough understanding of all areas of the business - sales, marketing, product, and support 2. Shadow the CEO, determine the business's priorities through weekly meetings Identify opportunities to increase the leadership team and the company's effectiveness in execution II) Define and Execute Special Projects: 1. Work with the CEO to identify strategic initiatives that have a high impact on business growth 2. Conceive, manage and drive ad-hoc special projects that are cross-functional III) Drive Executive-level Operations: 1. Partners with the leadership team to drive strategic business planning, OKR planning, and board meetings 2. Work with function heads to track progress on the key metrics. Provide a timely pulse on the health of the organization to executives. Highlight the areas that need attention 3. Facilitate effective decision-making throughout the organization What You'll Bring to the Table: 1. Excellent communication and articulation skills 2.
