What would you do in this role: - Work across different functions - Business Development, Marketing and Finance to define processes that enable smooth functioning of key initiatives - Own end to end execution of critical projects that aid marketing, demand generation and business growth - Develop and implement evaluation methods to assess the success of initiatives being undertaken - Work with leadership to provide exceptional support in running priority tasks - Spearhead and manage new cross-functional efforts that drive customer growth - Build, analyze and optimize processes to drive high operational efficiency - Process-Driven : You love processes and frameworks. You can build strong processes and diligently execute routine tasks with an unmatched enthusiasm The Ideal Candidate: - Proven Merit: B.E/ B.Tech graduate with a very strong academic track record throughout - You Have Done it Before: You have 1-2 years of experience in owning and executing end-to-end workflows in a cross-functional role - Communication Skills: You have exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills - Bias for Action: You are a self-driven, diligent and hardworking individual with a strong go-getter mindset - Quick Learner: You possess the ability to quickly research, learn, master and apply new concepts - Process-Driven: You love processes and frameworks.
