Why this role matters:

The Chief of Staff (COS) is a high-leverage strategic partner to the CEO and plays a critical role in driving clarity, speed, and execution across the company.

This is not a typical staff role, it is a force multiplier for leadership, combining strategy, execution, and cross-functional collaboration. You will have visibility across every function (product, engineering, go-to-market, customer success) and work directly on top business priorities.

The role provides an insider's view into the operating rhythm of a scaling SaaS company and is designed for ambitious professionals who aspire to become a Founder, CEO, COO, or senior business leader in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work directly with the CEO on strategic priorities, special projects, and critical decision-making

2. Drive execution on company-wide initiatives by collaborating with leaders across functions

3. Facilitate executive-level operations, including OKR planning, business reviews, and Board preparations

4. Build a deep understanding of all areas of the business to proactively identify challenges and opportunities

5. Translate strategy into action by ensuring alignment, clarity, and follow-through across teams

6. Act as a central hub of communication and coordination for the CEO's Office with internal and external stakeholders

7. Own high-stakes projects and initiatives that directly impact Hevo's growth trajectory

What Success Looks Like:

1. Strategic priorities are executed with speed, discipline, and impact

2. The CEO's time is focused on the most critical decisions and opportunities

3. Leadership team operates with greater alignment, efficiency, and clarity

4. Special projects and initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes

Qualifications:

1. At least 2 yrs of post-MBA experience in management consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain), corporate strategy, or venture capital, with a minimum of 8 yrs of overall experience.

2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in financial analysis and modeling

3. Excellent communication skills, able to distill complex ideas into clear, concise narratives for diverse stakeholders

4. Proven ability to organize and drive cross-functional projects to completion

5. Entrepreneurial mindset: self-directed, resourceful, and comfortable with ambiguity

6. Startup or growth-stage SaaS experience is a must
