Hetero - Manager - Treasury

Treasury Manager (FEMA experience is mandatory):

We are looking for an experienced professional to handle treasury, banking, and finance operations. The role requires strong experience in FEMA compliance, banking coordination, fund management, loans, and forex activities to support smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions for credit facilities.

- Handle working capital limits, term loans, and other banking arrangements.

- Review sanction letters and ensure compliance with agreed terms and conditions.

- Manage loan documentation, renewals, and ongoing banking compliances.

- Plan and monitor fund requirements and coordinate with internal teams.

- Handle ODI transactions and ensure compliance with RBI and FEMA regulations.

- Manage foreign exchange transactions related to imports and exports.

- Plan and execute hedging activities and coordinate forward contracts with banks.

- Submit periodic statements and reports to banks and regulatory authorities on time.

- Support internal and external audits related to banking, treasury, and FEMA matters.

- Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory

- 8-14 years of relevant experience in Treasury, banking, and finance.

- Strong knowledge of RBI and FEMA regulations.

- Experience in forex management, working capital, and loan documentation.
