Hetero - Emerging Market Supply Chain Management Professional - FML - IIM/IIT

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 2 - 5 years

Qualification: MBA from IIM or IIT

Note: Candidate must know Telugu Language.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure timely order delivery by coordinating effectively with plant and marketing teams.

- Conduct regular coordination meetings with plant teams on a weekly basis and escalate issues to higher management when necessary.

- Collaborate with the Sales team weekly to review and plan order dispatches.

- Engage continuously with the Marketing team to review Finished Goods (FG) reports and packed batch details in line with the plant's manufacturing plan.

- Develop and implement liquidation plans for manufactured goods in case of order cancellations.

- Monitor and review supply timelines to ensure alignment with inventory levels and business requirements.

- Work closely with the Marketing team to review inventory and stock holdings as per agreed plans.

- Prepare and present sales summaries to regional heads, highlighting key insights and updates on the country sales plan.

- Participate in monthly production and packing planning meetings with formulation units to ensure alignment of operations.

- Contribute to Monthly Demand Review meetings with the S&OP team to support accurate forecasting and planning.
