Roles & Responsibilities: Corporate Relations: - Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates for placement tie-ups and strategic alliances. - Lead the entire corporate engagement and strategy for placing students. Placement Strategy: - Ensure the placement of 100% eligible learners, driving return on investment (ROI) for our learners. - Oversee end-to-end student placement preparation and career counseling. Industry Engagement: - Drive industry live projects and interactions through initiatives such as Industry Leadership Series, Webinars, Hackathons, and Meet-ups. Team Building and Internal Processes: - Build and lead a high-performing team, setting up internal processes to achieve placement objectives. Alliances and Partnerships: - Build and manage all third-party alliances and partnerships in line with business requirements. Requirements: - Education: Graduate/Post-graduate from a Tier 1/2 Institute. Experience: - Minimum 12 years' experience in Corporate Relations and Partnerships. - Ed-tech experience in Higher Education/Professional Education is a must. - Proven experience in building businesses/teams from scratch is advantageous. Skills: - Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
