Role Purpose:


The Employee Engagement Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and driving employee engagement initiatives that enhance employee experience, strengthen organizational culture, and improve retention and productivity. The role will work closely with leadership, HR teams, and employees to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.


Key Responsibilities:


Employee Engagement & Culture:

- Design and execute end-to-end employee engagement programs aligned with organizational values and business goals.


- Drive initiatives related to employee morale, motivation, recognition, and well-being.


- Act as a culture ambassador and promote a strong, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture.


Programs & Initiatives:

- Plan and manage engagement calendars including town halls, employee connects, festivals, team-building activities, and internal campaigns.


- Lead employee recognition programs and ensure consistent execution across locations/functions.


- Support wellness, DEI, and work-life balance initiatives.


Employee Listening & Feedback:

- Drive employee surveys (engagement, pulse, exit, onboarding) and analyze data to identify trends and improvement areas.


- Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to create action plans based on survey insights.


- Track effectiveness of engagement initiatives using metrics and dashboards.


Stakeholder Management:

- Collaborate with leadership and managers to strengthen people practices and employee communication.


- Partner with internal teams (HR, Admin, Corporate Communications) for seamless execution of engagement initiatives.


- Manage external vendors and partners related to engagement activities, if required.


Communication & Branding:

- Support internal communication strategies to improve transparency and employee connect.


- Contribute to employer branding initiatives through internal storytelling and employee advocacy programs.


Skills & Competencies:

- Strong understanding of employee engagement, culture-building, and HR best practices.


- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.


- High level of creativity with strong execution and project management capabilities.


- Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret survey insights and trends.


- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.


Qualifications & Experience:


- MBA / Master's in HR, Organizational Development, or related field.


- 6-10 years of experience in HR, with at least 3-5 years in employee engagement, culture, or related roles.


- Experience in BFSI / NBFC / Corporate environment preferred.


- Proficient in MS Office and other tools like - Canva,etc


- Adept in implementing digital tools for engagement initiatives
