About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Digital Marketing & Engagement Manager to drive customer, channel partner, and employee engagement through data-driven campaigns and strategic brand initiatives. The role will focus on leveraging marketing automation tools, social media platforms, SEO strategies, and digital assets to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Automation & Campaign Management:
- Design, execute, and optimize personalized campaigns using MoEngage across push notifications, email, SMS, and WhatsApp for customers, channel partners, and employees.
- Develop segmentation strategies and lifecycle journeys to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics using dashboards and analytics tools to drive continuous improvement.
Digital & Social Media Strategy:
- Drive and execute social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook to increase engagement, follower growth, and lead generation.
- Create engaging content calendars aligned with business objectives and brand positioning.
- Track and report social media performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Website & SEO Management:
- Lead SEO strategy to improve website traffic and organic search rankings through targeted landing pages, blogs, and optimized website content.
- Manage website design, content updates, and enhancements to improve user experience (UX), lead generation, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for website enhancements and technical integrations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Product Owners to conceptualize and launch targeted marketing campaigns aligned with product strategies.
- Coordinate with the Tech team for campaign integrations and marketing automation requirements.
- Drive internal communication initiatives including townhalls, newsletters, and engagement programs.
Branding & Events:
- Lead the company's participation in corporate events, forums, and conclaves to enhance brand visibility and build strategic partnerships.
- Develop and manage marketing collateral such as flyers, banners, merchandise, and promotional materials for customer and channel engagement.
Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA in Marketing or related field.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, branding, and customer engagement platforms.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (preferably MoEngage or similar platforms).
- Proven track record in social media strategy, SEO, website management, and performance marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
