Department : Fraud Control Unit

Locations hiring for: Chennai

Responsibilities for the job

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for Fraud Control activities for all line of business under HFCL for the state / Location.

- Vendor management- FCU Agencies & Experian for Hunter Application.

- Responsible for pre-sanction and pre-disbursal FCU activities for all products.

- Background check for DSA empanelment and Vendor empanelment.

- Responsible for Hunter Application check.

- Responsible for proposing and implementing new initiatives with regard to fraud control management.

- Adherence to FCU policy.

- MIS Handling as per FCU policy

- Ensuring an effective market intelligence / networking to pre-empt prevalent frauds in the market.

- Investigation, mystery shopping and other fraud control measures.

Other Responsibilities (If Any) :

- Handling of HHFL activities at the location of hiring

- Eligibility Criteria for the Job

Education

Min. Graduate, preferably an MBA

Age: Min 25 years

Work Experience:

- 5 years of relevant experience with a Bank/NBFC

- Preferably the resource must belong to location of hiring.
