Hero FinCorp - Senior Associate - Employee Experience

- Drive employee engagement initiatives and ensure active participation of employees and associates across the organization, with a strong focus on Pan-India engagement, both at the organizational and regional levels in partnership with stakeholders.

- Manage feedback mechanisms and collect testimonials for engagement events/programs to gauge employee sentiment and enhance the overall employee experience.

- Ensure that communication strategies for employee engagement are aligned with and reflect the organization's strategic vision and values.

- Establish clear communication around the engagement calendar, action plans, schedules, and milestones to support internal communications that build culture, drive engagement, and deliver results.

- Own content creation and approvals for a variety of internal and external communication channels, including corporate communications, announcements, targeted emails, videos, postcards, e-cards, podcasts, newsletters, and PowerPoint presentations.

- Publish videos and images across all company platforms; collaborate with the Digital team and the MD & CEO's office to drive internal and external branding efforts related to employee experience.

- Lead the end-to-end execution of Employee Engagement Surveys such as GPTW and Working Together - from planning and implementation to analysis, action planning, and driving outcomes.

Also participate in prestigious employer branding programs.

- Leverage Amber chatbot analytics to monitor engagement levels and awareness; devise innovative strategies to increase adoption and publish insights/reports to stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in employee experience.

- Represent the organization at platforms such as CII and other industry forums to showcase best practices of the organization in employee engagement and experience domain.

- Collaborate closely with vendor partners to introduce innovative ideas aimed at improving processes and enhancing productivity across the organization
