Hero Fincorp - Regional Credit Manager - UBL & SCF - South

Responsibilities for the job

1) Managing the overall underwriting process for UBL & SCF business for the western region, based out of Mumbai.

2) Managing a team of Cluster Credit Managers, Area Credit Managers and Credit Analysts. Ensure low attrition.

3) Ensuring adherence to credit policies, laid down processes and various compliances including regulatory requirements.

4) Ensuring a prudent and error free underwriting, delivering the budgeted credit productivity and decision TATs.

5) Managing various vendors like FI Agencies, VPD/PD vendors, End Use verification agencies etc. for the region.

6) Providing the required inputs /feedback to the Risk & Policy and Collections team.

7) Responsible for portfolio performance and ensuring that all key portfolio indicators like bounce rates (FEMI/SEMI/TEMI), 30+ & 90+ delinquencies, credit cost etc. are maintained within the acceptable levels.

8) Ensuring timely resolution of Internal Audit, Concurrent Audits, Hind-sighting observations, and implementation of actionable.

9) Meeting market connectors and DSAs to understand the market developments.

10) Facilitating the business team through regular connect and coordination with delivery of the budgeted business metrices for the region and ensuring the portfolio profitability.

11) Sharing the requirements for automation/ BRD preparation/ participation in programs & modules development, UAT, attending IT meetings/Projects, ensuring implementation and 100% adoption of digital journeys etc.

12) Hiring manpower on time as per AOP.

13) Ensuring 100% team participation for compliance modules, GPTW survey, other HR initiatives and Trainings etc.

Education : Graduate / Post Graduate
