Description:
- Strategizing and driving collections across the region and achievement of collection targets as per budgets
- Developing and implementing segmented collection strategies and processes depending on bucket/ area/ product/ customer behaviour etc.
- Drive team with high integrity and ensure productivity as per target
- Evaluating collection channel mix and efficiency to improve resolution rates
- Contributing to overall business strategy and annual budget process.
- Recruiting, coaching and mentoring the team; identifying team goals and evaluating team progress.
- Improve the collection cost metric, i.e., cost incurred for every rupee collected.
- Timely completion of operational activities across the region
- Compliance on code of conduct and regular audits of vendors
- Training, coaching and performance incentivization of the entire team.
- Networking with relevant stakeholders and timely feedback on portfolio quality
- Travelling states/locations for portfolio reviews, identifying lapses/frauds and taking preventive actions
- Review, monitor and ensure entire team is 100% compliant on the ground
