Job Description:

- Developing and implementing Talent Acquisition strategy for the organization across all the LOBs

- Managing Hiring needs as per the approved AOP while ensuring a healthy sourcing mix with a focus on cost optimization

- Drive Leadership Hiring for senior management roles.

- Drive diversity hiring initiatives for the organization

- Enhance candidate experience during pre and post onboarding process

- Take effective measures to reduce offer drop out and early attrition

- Leading Campus Relations in terms of Hiring Plan, branding, MT on boarding plan, Leadership Talks and other similar initiatives to effectively engage with Premier colleges throughout the year

- Managing Transformation projects for the Talent Acquisition team with digitization and process improvement

- Ideate and execute branding strategy to attract, engage and retain top talent while making the company an Employer of Choice

- Driving team performance to ensure the defined Talent Acquisition metrics are met by the team and keeping the team engaged and motivated

- Prepare and present hiring data to the management as per requirement

- Keep abreast on the latest development in the Talent Acquisition vertical across industries
