Responsibilities for the job :
- Lead the entire Portfolio Servicing Operations Unit for all Business Lines under Retail Business (Two Wheeler, Personal Loan, Used Car, New Car & Loan Against Mutual Fund,).
- Will be responsible to manage all Portfolio servicing activities such as Banking, Reconciliation, PDD Management, Record Management, Payments, drive Penal Income collection & all Loan cycle servicing related activities.
- Business Intelligence: Ensuring that key metrics are tracked, reported and analyzed.
- Troubleshooting issues notified by the internal customer and providing an independent analysis.
- Process Improvements: Identify opportunities for improvement and lead projects or facilitate them.
- Team Leadership: Motivate and provide direction to the process control team
- Generate ideas about future activities to ensure a cutting edge strategy; maintains up to date knowledge of the market and competitors.
- Closely works with Functional Heads for company strategy and priorities
- Ensures that the operations comply to all policies and procedures relating to lending business and influences any changes necessary to meet statutory requirements.
- Spends time with internal and external stakeholders to understand and identify business critical issues in order to ensure the customer delight.
- Will be responsible for interacting with Business and other stakeholders for the resolution and closure of the disbursement and Audit related queries within timelines.
- Works with the HR Business Partner to ensure people management issues are satisfactorily resolved and relevant HR policies and procedures are adhered to
- Regularly produces and presents a range of analysis reports to the department head and work on identified Projects.
Education : Post Graduate preferably MBA.
Work Experience : 12 to 22 Years (preference to NBFC Operations experience).
Primary Skill :
- Operations- Strong understanding of Banking, Recon & Loan servicing activities,
- Grip on Regulatory guidelines and updated on latest changes in guidelines.
Technical Skills :
- High level of analytical and Problem solving and decision making.
- Proficiency in Ms-Excel, Ms-Word, Power Point,
- Exposure to Finnone and Sales Force System will be preferred.
Management Skills :
- Relationship Management and Interpersonal Skills.
- Strong sense of accountability and self-initiative.
