Key Responsibilities
- You are expected to own the business use case and not just the data component.
- Understanding of the business, find the opportunities where data solutions can bring significant impact on cost, revenue or process optimization.
- We deal with variety of data sets - clickstream data, social data, loan portfolio, CIBIL/Bureau data, geospatial etc. As a solution owner, a Lead Analytics is expected to know the nuances of each data set and application of these pieces.
- Own the problem statement end to end from identifying the data pieces, designing the framework for data ingestion, data engineering and data model builds.
- Develop Data collection protocol, Pre-process Data, Train Models, Perform Model Optimizations.
- Have a thorough understanding of ML frameworks such as XG Boost, Liner/Logit/Binomial Regression, Decision Trees, SVM, Dimensionality Reduction, Clustering/KNN, Nave Bayes etc
- You should have a thorough understanding of AI solution being offered in market, and implementation of AI driven decision making frameworks, LLM frameworks, AI driven Tools, AI led data design and implementation process.
- Hands on in python machine learning and data engineering libraries in Python such as Scikit, Pandas, Numpy etc, and thorough in Pyspark
- Extensive hands on experience of Technology Stack for Deep Learning, TensorFlow, Python, PyTorch, Keras
- Leverage appropriate statistical methodology and data science modelling as per use case in hand. Build the POC framework, test the results, make the model iterations and take it into production with all integrations and scheduling requirements.
- Comfortable in working with humongous amount of structured and unstructured data with SQL or NOSQL.
- Adept with ever changing and ever evolving world of data science with detailed theoretical and practical practices.
- Understand and initiate the data enrichment initiatives to increase the data model accuracy/sensitivity
- Additionally, will work on creating and implementing exploratory data frame on the alternate data generated via digital channels of the organisation
