Hero Fincorp - Lead - EWS

1. Design & track Implementation of EWS framework to identify incipient stress in the portfolio across SME, Corporate & Retail lending products

2. Implement & maintain EWS Tool to capture triggers and account categorization in line with regulatory guidelines

3. Set-up robust EWS mechanism to incorporate public data elements including non-financial data/non-credit related information

4. Design a strong feedback mechanism to incorporate ground-level inputs into the tool

5. Keep EWS triggers updated with emerging Risks and trends in the macro environment and RBI guidelines

6. Design Guardrails for each product and monitor them for sensing & sending Early Warning Alerts

7. Closely monitor key Industries in the lending portfolio; advise any changes in outlook

8. Perform Portfolio deep-dive to identify emerging trends; contribute towards improving portfolio quality and reducing non-performing loans

9. Conduct EWS reviews with product-heads for highlighting incipient stress in each product

10. Coordinate with Bureau for performing Portfolio Health Check; use the information for identifying incipient stress / early warning indicators

11. Monitor key Macro Economic Indicators / changes in external environment and perform Impact assessment
