Hero Fincorp - Lead - Collection - Secured In House

- Will be responsible for Direction Collection of bucket 1 to begin with only and will subsequently takeover additional responsibilities.

- Brings good field experience of various geography in India for better understanding of different Challenges in collection.

- Has good Analytical knowledge and can be a solution provider.

- Good understanding of cost control & cost tracking.

- Should have managed teams / indirect teams in the past.

- Should be able to find solution for performance improvement and should be open to field visits.

- Should have the foresight of setting collection strategies and implementation of HO guideline to the last level for better execution and productivity.

- Ensure compliance with regularization.

- Smart & Active in follow up for target achievement.

- Should serve as deputy to the Head of Collections in their absence.

- Minimum 10 Years of experience in handling Collections.

- Proficiency in Data Analysis,

- Good communication skills

- Problem Solving Skills
