Hero Fincorp - Financial Accounting & Reporting Role

The team member will assist on following time bound financial deliverables to public at large and more:

- Collation and preparation of data for management reporting (MIS) along with variance analysis/reasoning for key financial items/ratios.

- Operational knowledge and application of IND AS, Tax Laws (Direct and Indirect Tax), Revised Schedule VI, Companies Act, ICAI guidance notes and RBI Guidelines wrt NBFC Sector.

- Regulatory financial reporting under Companies Act, RBI and Taxation law on a standalone and Consolidated Basis.

- Preparation of financial statements as per Ind AS, Companies Act and other applicable laws

- Preparation of skeleton financials (format) as per Schedule VI, Companies Act, Ind AS and applicable laws.

- Review of financial groupings of general ledger codes.

- Variance analysis of financial items with the comparative period.

- Review of all notes/disclosures to ensure completeness, accuracy and compliance with all applicable laws.

- Managing the audit folder and ensuring that the data backup for all financial/non-financial information in the financial statements is stored and readily available as and when required.

- Preparation of quarterly financial results as per SEBI guidelines

- Knowledge and practical application of SEBI regulations applicable for debt listed/equity listed entities.

- Preparation of various decks (presentations) such as Board deck (quarterly finance presentation to board), monthly financial highlights, etc.

- Preparation of data for regulatory compliance to RBI (monthly, quarterly, annual returns as well as ad-hoc information as and when asked by RBI).

- Engagement with auditors and all internal stakeholders for driving various financial audits (Internal Audit, External and RBI) from planning to closure.

- Engagement with multiple internal stakeholders across the organisation for various activities such as monthly expense provisioning and analysis, collation and preparation of related party transactions, etc.

- Design and drive various financial models such effective interest rate (EIR) models, ESOP cost amortisation, etc.

- Engagement with management/independent valuer for various valuation exercises such as ESOP valuation, business valuation, share valuation, etc.

- Engagement and driving various automation projects from finance side.

- Engagement for preparation and review of financial sections of Annual report along with all financial information in other sections.

- Working knowledge and understanding of Equity Accounting, Direct Assignment accounting, Securitisation transaction, Hedge accounting.

- Design and implement FSCP process improvements.

- Working knowledge of ERP's preferably SAP.
