- Developing relationships with real estate developers and offer products catering to their requirements
- Deliver month on month targets on Loan Disbursals (Construction Finance) Processing Fee, Income and Portfolio Health.

- Single to 3 members team at every location (5 locations) in FY24; 6 DRs in the current structure

- The product allocation/ distribution against the target assigned for the location
What is the nature of the role's interactions with other functions and the external environment?
- Primarily with Credit and Ops- the former presents their case to CC for approval and both are jointly responsible for the monitoring the progress of the subject project; Ops- steps in at on-boarding of a case and thereafter maintaining and monitoring the transactions in the accounts
What are the key dimensions of the role e.g., financial numbers, geographical spread, partners handled etc.?
- Presently 5 locations with a singl-3 member team

- Transactions decisions to handle accounts/ relationships are not in the Sales_ DoP
