The Brand Executive Role
The Brand Executive will assist in the development, execution, and monitoring of marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence, drive product performance, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints. The role requires strong creativity, analytical thinking, and collaboration across internal teams and external partners.
Responsibilities:
- Market Research & Insights: Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and consumer behavior studies to identify opportunities for growth and brand positioning.
- Campaign Management: Coordinate marketing campaigns across various platforms (digital, in-store, ATL/BTL) ensuring timely execution and brand consistency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, trade marketing, digital, supply chain) to align brand activities and achieve business objectives.
- Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets for assigned projects, track expenses, and ensure maximum ROI.
- Agency Coordination: Liaise with advertising, PR, and media agencies for creative development, media planning, and execution.
- Product Management: Support in product development initiatives including packaging, pricing strategies, and innovation projects.
- Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives using KPIs (sales, market share, brand awareness, engagement).
- Content Development: Assist in creating and reviewing promotional materials, advertisements, and social media content to ensure alignment with the brand identity.
