Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP MM Consultant with strong expertise in Materials Management (MM) to manage procurement, inventory, and warehouse processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP MM configuration, procurement cycles, and integration with other SAP modules. The role involves working on end-to-end SAP MM functionalities, providing solutions to business requirements, and ensuring smooth operations across procurement and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement & Inventory Management:

- Manage organization structure, material master, and business partner setups in SAP MM.

- Handle Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), goods receipts, invoice park, and invoice verification processes.

- Configure and manage subcontracting, stock transport orders (STO), import procurement, and related processes.

- Support asset procurement and service procurement, including PR and PO release procedures.

- Implement vendor revaluation and manage different types of contracts.

Configuration & Customization:

- Configure pricing procedures, output determination, and smart forms in SAP MM.

- Manage inventory management tables and warehouse organizational structure.

- Implement processes for transfer requests, transfer orders, and confirmations in warehouse management.

- Ensure compliance with internal procurement and inventory management procedures.

Collaboration & Support:

- Collaborate with finance, warehouse, and procurement teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP MM processes with other modules.

- Provide training and support to end-users on SAP MM functionalities.

- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to procurement, inventory, and warehouse operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience in SAP MM configuration and support.

- Strong knowledge of SAP Materials Management module, including Procurement, Inventory, and Warehouse Management.

- Hands-on experience with PR, PO, goods receipt, invoice verification, subcontracting, STO, and import procurement processes.

- Knowledge of asset and service procurement, pricing procedures, smart forms, and output determination.

- Understanding of vendor management, contracts, and inventory tables.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Attributes:

- Experience in end-to-end SAP MM implementations.

- Familiarity with integration between SAP MM and Finance (FI) or Controlling (CO) modules.

- Ability to document processes, create manuals, and train end-users.
