Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Processing:
- Execute end-to-end payroll processing for Australian employees using SAP ECP.
- Review and validate payslips to ensure accuracy in payroll calculations.
Reporting And Analysis:
- Generate gross-to-net and variance reports to identify discrepancies and ensure payroll accuracy.
- Perform regular compliance tasks, including social security reporting and tax filings.
Audit And Compliance:
- Support internal and external audit requests by providing necessary documentation and insights.
- Ensure payroll processes comply with Australian labor laws and regulations.
Employee Support:
- Handle employee queries related to payroll, tax deductions, and benefits.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding payroll-related issues.
Collaboration And Continuous Improvement:
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to streamline payroll processes.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.
Technical Skills Required:
- Extensive experience with SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
- Strong understanding of Australian Payroll systems and regulations.
- Proven expertise in payroll operations, including processing, reporting, and compliance.
