Job Overview:

We are seeking a Business Process Controls Analyst with experience in internal audits and business process controls, preferably within the global banking industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and improving business processes, ensuring compliance with internal controls and industry standards. This role does not require technical skills but demands strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and understanding of banking operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate and monitor business processes to ensure compliance with internal control policies and regulatory standards.

- Conduct internal audits and identify areas for process improvement within banking operations.

- Document findings, prepare reports, and provide actionable recommendations to management.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to implement process controls and mitigate operational risks.

- Ensure adherence to corporate governance and risk management frameworks.

- Support audits and compliance reviews by providing necessary documentation and process insights.

- Track and report on process control metrics, ensuring timely closure of issues identified.

Key Skills & Requirements:

- Industry Experience: Global Banking industry exposure is mandatory.

- Process Controls: Hands-on experience in business process controls, internal audits, or risk management.

- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

- Work Model: Must be ready to work from the Bangalore office five days a week.

- Technical Skills: No technical programming or IT skills required.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders and document findings.
