About this Position The State Manager will be responsible for establishing and leading the new Adhesives for Consumers & Craftsmen (ACC) Strategic Business Unit (SBU) in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

This is a high-impact leadership role that involves setting up the business operations from the ground up, building a capable sales team, and driving sustainable growth through strong market penetration and channel partnerships.

What Youll Do:

- Business Setup: Establish the ACC SBU in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, including infrastructure, distribution network, and operational processes.

- Team Building: Recruit, train, and manage a new team of sales and marketing executives.

- Market Mapping: Identify and map the hardware, plywood, sanitary, and other relevant retail segments within key cities.

- Sales Process: Design and implement robust sales and marketing processes in collaboration with the Sales Head.

- BTL & Field Marketing: Build and lead the field marketing team, drive below-the-line (BTL) initiatives, and ensure strong end-user/consumer conversions.

- Channel Development: Develop long-term, win-win partnerships with distributors and trade partners through joint business planning and engagement.

- Team Leadership: Coach, guide, and motivate the sales team to deliver best-in-class execution and achieve ambitious growth targets.

- Minimum 5 years experience in managing retail sales operations, leading on-roll front-line teams including senior sales officers and territory in-charges.

- Channel Expertise: Proven success in working with retail distributors and channel partners in a retail-driven business environment.

- Market Knowledge: Prior experience working in Hyderabad is essential.

- Problem Solving: Strong ability to proactively develop and implement solutions.

- People Management: Skilled in leading, motivating, and tracking performance of senior field sales teams.

- Distribution Management: Experienced in managing large distributors and thriving in competitive retail markets.
