Key Responsibilities:
- Create awareness about Hemogenomics among the medical fraternity and various other key stake holders
- Continue and increase adoption of NAT (Nucleic Acid Testing) for blood screening
- Driving awareness for - cervical cancer screening- solutions
- To educate the Government stakeholders on the importance of these screening technologies.
- Complete responsibility of sales for Patna and Ranchi and any other areas as decided by the management
- Map the market, understand client needs and develop the revenue pipeline in alignment with the business development strategy
- Negotiate and close contracts/ agreements with clients, in alignment to Hemogenomics commercial and pricing policy
- Establish Hemogenomics as a preferred diagnostics and screening partner
- Achieve targets with existing and new customers
- Ensure growth in revenues YoY and new customer acquisition
- Ensure all client, prospects, sales pipeline and industry data is accurately entered and managed within the company's CRM/ERP and required sales /other reports are submitted in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage and develop customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure timely payment collections
- Responsible for cross departmental collaboration across the organization (including Sales, marketing, supply chain, application, service and accounts) in order to ensure smooth operations
Preferred Candidate:
- The ideal candidate will be passionate about healthcare and eager to grow in the medical device and diagnostics industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills
- Sound working knowledge on sales planning and operations
- Strong achievement focus and proven track record of exceeding high value Sales targets
- Ability to develop customer relationships and customer service orientation
- Experience with managing Government business, tenders etc.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
