Role Overview:

As the Head of Solutions for Supply Chain, you will lead the design and delivery of high-impact supply chain transformations for our clients. You will act as the bridge between business strategy and technical implementation, working closely with C-suite stakeholders and internal delivery teams to architect solutions that solve complex logistical and procurement challenges. This role is pivotal in shaping our service offerings and ensuring that our clients realize tangible business value through the effective deployment of SAP-led supply chain ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end solution design process for supply chain engagements, ensuring that technical architectures align with client business objectives and long-term scalability.

- Drive presales initiatives by crafting compelling proposals, conducting discovery workshops, and demonstrating the value proposition of SAP IBP and S/4HANA to prospective clients.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate procurement and logistics workflows, ensuring seamless data flow and process efficiency across the supply chain.

- Advise senior leadership on supply chain strategy, identifying opportunities for process optimization and digital adoption to improve overall operational performance.

- Oversee the transition from solution design to implementation, providing strategic guidance to project teams to ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in architecting complex supply chain solutions using SAP IBP and SAP S/4HANA, with a deep understanding of how these modules integrate within a global enterprise environment.

- Proven ability to lead presales cycles, including the development of technical solution documents and the delivery of high-stakes presentations to executive stakeholders.

- Strong background in strategy consulting, with the ability to translate ambiguous business problems into structured, actionable technical roadmaps.

- Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and managing client expectations throughout the engagement lifecycle.

- A minimum of 4 to 8 years of professional experience in supply chain management or consulting, with a track record of delivering large-scale digital transformation projects.

- Ability to thrive in a flexible work environment, managing projects effectively across Hyderabad or remote locations while maintaining high standards of collaborative output.
