Heineken - HR Business Advisor

Role & responsibilities:

- Align HR strategy with business vision and objectives.

- Provide effective HR guidance and solutions to managers and employees.

- Support organization design, workforce planning, performance management, talent development, and rewards.

- Develop talent pipelines and succession plans.

- Coach leaders on people management and leadership effectiveness.

- Enhance employee engagement through communication, surveys, and action plans.

- Support organizational and cultural change initiatives.

- Lead HR projects aligned with business priorities.

- Implement global HR policies, processes, and tools.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Excellent understanding of the business context and the ability to work in an international environment.

- Experience in building relationships and partnering with the business in the HR field.

- Experience in executing HR strategy and coaching effective leadership, with very strong influencing skills.

- Knowledge and practical experience in delivering strategies related to succession planning, talent management, employee engagement, retention, and productivity.

- Experience in employee relations and knowledge.
