Heera Software - Associate Product Manager - B2B SaaS

- We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Associate Product Manager to lead the development and lifecycle of our business software applications.

- The ideal candidate has a strong mix of business acumen, user empathy, and technical know-how, and can translate complex customer needs into clear product solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Define, own, and execute the product roadmap across multiple products, from strategic planning to successful delivery.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, UX/UI, Marketing, Sales, and Support teams to deliver high-impact features.

- Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to identify product opportunities.

- Write detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

- Prioritize product backlog items based on customer value, business needs, and technical feasibility.

- Track product performance metrics and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement.

- Champion the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle.

- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product vision and delivery timelines.

Skills:

- 3-7 years of experience in Product Management, ideally within B2B SaaS or business applications.

- Experience in Distribution Management System & Front-line Sales team Apps is added advantage.

- Strong understanding of business software (e. , CRM, ERP, HRIS, workflow automation).

- Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools

- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
