You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out world class products & features for website, app, etc. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Overall: - Lead end to end Supply Chain for the business across warehousing & transportation, procurement and planning function - Create and drive supply chain strategy and communications, deliver strategic objectives and oversee materials management activities, including Demand Planning, Buying, Material Flow, Distribution, Logistics and Customer Service operations Procurement: - Evaluate purchase performance against established metrics and expectations - Achieve targeted delivery lead times while minimizing working capital investment Customer Support: - Work with the customer support team to resolve any delivery issues to customers Cost Control: - Manage process for creating and maintaining cost benchmarks Risk Management: - Identification of potential risks in the supply side from the perspective of capacity and seasonal bottlenecks and take appropriate actions to mitigate the risks Commercial & Vendor Management: - Set expectations so that contracts, in/out sourcing objectives and initiatives, purchasing, and materials planning are met - Manage approved supplier base Warehousing & Logistics: - Create strategies focusing on timely delivery to customers, reduce RTO & bring down costs - Ensure planning & fulfilment to marketplaces/ channel partners is done on time YOUR PROFILE: - 10+ years of experience in managing supply chain out of which at least 3 years in a leadership role - Should have worked with a marketplace or a D2C/ Digitally native brand - Strong problem solving skills and willingness to take the initiative to get the job done
